Accreditation
The landscape program at DCTC has been accredited by the national Professional Landcare Network since 1986, the only accredited program in Minnesota. This means that we follow a national curriculum model prepared by national leaders of the industry and educators from around the nation.
Three times since 1986 a visiting committee has evaluated our program by examining our curriculum and facilities as well as interviewing students, graduates, employers, and the college administration. They have made valuable suggestions which we have used to improve our program over the years.
This accreditation ensures the best and most current education is offered that meets student and industry needs. It also provides the program with a national presence and a rich array of national contacts.
